The Arya Omnitalk Story
Back in 2001 during customer quarterly meeting of CEO’s representing Public Mobile Radio Trunking Service operator ,a tongue twisting name given by Department of Communications for city wide walky talky service providers, there was a general gloom over continuing PMRTS as a service and mounting issues. Adding to woes was launch of cellular service as an alternative to walky talky, threatning the entire Telecom landscape with a bizarre and never before tariff rate.
Idea of merger of two major PMRTS operators was considered for weeks. After a lot of deliberations and with a promise to double the operating margin through cost savings in rationalising tower sites, head office infrastructure and manpower resources promoters of both competing companies gave a nod and agreed for merger.
Arya Communications and Omnitalk joined hands and separated their operations to form a new company known to us today as Arya Omnitalk Wireless Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Arya Omnitalk implemented “Smart Integrated Transport Management solutions” .
Arya Omnitalk ventured into a new line of business “Toll Collection and Highway Toll Management solutions”.
Executed one of our biggest project for Toll Management solutions of 180 lanes.
Started CSR with partners and provided e-learning software to underprivileged.
AryaOmnitalk crossed highest number of GPS devices installed in Telematics Industry, precisely 75,000.
Bagged India’s best Telematics company Award from Frost and Sullivan.
Received Award from Gujarat CM for implementation of Solid waste Management solution in surat under Smart city Mission.
